We got suite and truly enjoyed it. The staff that checked us in was very amiable and competent. Location: the hotel was near the outskirts of town close to the railway station, further down south to Hossegor, and a supermarket.

We need the Internet for communication, that's why we booked this hotel, but the WiFi was not working, now we all know that it does not take long to replace a modem especially as you advertise that you have it.

The room was extremely modern. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the rooms are very nice.

The cleaning staff were a bit strange. Either the tv was too high on the wall or the bed was too low. I couldn't watch it lying on the bed.

Conveniently located near the train station with minimal noise disturbance. Restaurant offered a tasty and affordable meal. Clean, albeit slightly small, room provided a comfortable night's sleep. Friendly and professional staff, particularly the receptionist who also managed the dining area.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was situated right next to the train station in DAX. This made it easy for us to explore the town and catch our train for further travel. Moreover, despite some negative reviews, our room was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom was clean and functional, and the staff provided prompt and friendly service. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day. our stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

The staff, OMG, so friendly and professional! The location, just a few steps from the train station. The room has a balcony, super cool. The price is the best in town. Great value for money. And the bar/ lounge and restaurant are fantastic too. Free wi-fi, car park, and flat-screen TV. Mind-blowing!

The food in the restaurant was good but expensive

It was the only hotel out of 4 we stayed in that the sat nav was able to find it without any problems.

The hotel was in need of updating stair carpets were worn and very tired looking. There were no tea making facilities in the room and no refreshments could be obtained in the hotel.
